The Secretary of State to the Minister of Basic Education, Dr Asheri Kilo chaired on September 6th, in the conference hall of the ministry, a working session relating to the presentation of the debriefing report after the visit of schools carried out the day before with the president of Reggio Children. After the singging of the national anthem in sign language by Ms. Mafogué Isabelle, executive at the Directorate of Nursery and Primary Education, inclusive education; Madam Secretary of State to the Minister of Basic Education, in her introduction remarks, welcomed the presence of her close collaborators before reiterating the importance of preschool in the education of the child. Introduction followed by the report of the debriefing by Madam Director of Nursery and Primary Education, Dr Minfoumou Olo’o Louise Épouse Edou. Under the moderation of Madam Secretary of State to the Minister of Basic Education, the floor was then given to the host, Mr. Cristian Fabbi, president of Reggio Children who made a presentation on education and early childhood protection. This opened the floodgates to discussions where the General Inspector of Services, Charles Nanga, the General Inspector of Education, Professor Atemajong Justina Spouse Njika, the representative of MINESEC, the Head of the projects and planning, Madame Elobo née Ambassa Nnomo Lisette. In short, Madam Secretary of State to the Minister of Basic Education recommended that a committee be made up of the IGE, the DPPC and the DEMP in order to continue discussions with the president of Reggio Children to highlight the priority points for collaboration.
