The Minister of Basic Education, Professor Laurent Serge Etoundi Ngoa, chaired on Tuesday, October 10th 2023, at the Hilton Hotel in Yaoundé, the opening of the regional workshop for development of a partnership pact between Cameroon, Mauritania and Togo.
