After the introduction, the Secretary General asked her the reason behind her presence. She said she had two problems namely the payment of her salary arrears and a better working environment. Taking the floor, the Secretary General asked why her salary was previously suspended and she said during the last head count conducted by the ministry of Basic Education she was not counted. Following her explanation, the director of Human resources Mrs. NTEDE Adélaïde highlighted the fact that she was posted to the Ministry of Basic Education without a transfer decision and was initially at the Ministry of Culture and further explained why she was not counted during the last head count. In respond, the Secretary General told Mrs. WANDJI to wait for the payment of her salary arrears because is not within the competence of the Ministry of Basic Education but that of the Ministry of Finance. With regards to the second problem on a better working environment, the Secretary General called on Mrs. WANDJI to be comfortable wherever she is posted.
