– monitoring the implementation of the Government Policy on Basic Private Education;

 

– the implementation of the resolutions of the National Council for Private Education;

 

– monitoring the Partnership with Basic Private Education;

 

– administrative and educational supervision of Basic Private School Establishments;

 

– relations with private basic education organizations;

 

– evaluation of the performance of the private nursery and primary education sector;

 

– monitoring the operation of Basic Private School Establishments;

 

– the study of files relating to the approval, creation, opening, extension or closure of Basic Private School Establishments, in accordance with the School Map;

 

– the specific fight against illegal educational establishments;

 

– the distribution and monitoring of the use of subsidies granted by the State or by other bodies, to organizations or to Basic Private School Establishments;

 

– the preparation and exploitation of the work of the National Commission for Basic Private Education;

 

– the contractualization of Basic Private Education.

 

    (2) It includes:

 

                   – the Sub-Directorate of Regulations and Approvals;

 

                   – the Sub-Directorate of Administrative and Educational Affairs.
