Monday the 25th of March 2024 in the conference hall of the Ministry of Basic Education, the Secretary General to the Ministry of Basic Education Mr OYONO Adams Daniel personal representative of the Minister of Basic Education, presided over the ceremony to launch the Programme KIX AFRICA 21, Cameroon. The two days activity will operate in plenary and workshop sessions with objective to inform actors and partners of the training and education sector on the level of implementation of KIX AFRICA 21,Cameroon.

KIX AFRICA 21,Cameroon is a francophonie regional hub GPE member countries in the West and Central Africa, Indian Oceans which oversees activities in the 21 partner countries. It's a consortium comprised of three organizations which are IFEF, CONFEMEN, AUF with the aim at contributing in the development, implementation and monitoring and evaluation of national education policies.

 An elaborate explanation of KIX AFRICA 21,Cameroon was presented by the Pedagogic Inspector of Literary Non Formal Education and the Promotion of National Languages of the Ministry of Basic Education Madam NDAYI Claudette, followed by brief presentations by bureau members of KIX Africa 21,Cameroon.

The Secretary General in his speech appreciated the technical and financial partners for their efforts and reiterate that this attempt will serve a long way to ensure education is not tampered with granting access, equity, governance, pertinence and quality in the conflict zones coupled with the COVID-19 pandemic, thereby declaring the official ceremony open.

The workshop will consist of participants divided in groups with focus to propose five years strategic plan to come out with ideas and elements related to challenges, strategies, actions, activities and innovation that will boost the successful implementation of this program in Cameroon.

The ceremony ended up with family photos and interviews.
